1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Stash Labs platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Service Description

Stash Labs is a blockchain-based platform that provides tools and services for digital asset management, trading, and related cryptocurrency operations. The Service includes but is not limited to:

• Digital wallet functionality
• Asset trading and exchange services
• Transaction management and history tracking
• API access for third-party integrations
• Educational resources and documentation

3. User Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited by law from using the Service
• Not be a resident of a jurisdiction where the Service is prohibited

4. User Accounts

• Not share your private keys, passwords, or recovery phrases with anyone
• Maintain secure backups of your credentials
• Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your account

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to:

• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion
• Fraud, deception, or misrepresentation
• Hacking, phishing, or unauthorized access to systems
• Distributing malware or harmful code
• Market manipulation or insider trading
• Violating intellectual property rights
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates these policies.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the exclusive property of Stash Labs or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, or perform any content from the Service without our prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law for personal, non-commercial use.

7. User Content

Any content you submit, upload, or transmit through the Service ("User Content") remains your property. However, by submitting User Content, you grant Stash Labs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for the purposes of operating and improving the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to the User Content
• The User Content does not infringe on any third-party rights
• The User Content complies with all applicable laws and these Terms

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STASH LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, EVEN IF STASH LABS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

In no event shall Stash Labs's total liability exceed the amount you have paid to Stash Labs in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

9. Disclaimers

No Investment Advice

The Service is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any digital asset. You should conduct your own research and consult with qualified professionals before making any investment decisions.

Market Volatility

Digital assets are highly volatile and subject to rapid price fluctuations. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You acknowledge the risks associated with digital assets and agree to trade at your own risk.

Service Availability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stash Labs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Your User Content
• Your infringement of any third-party rights

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you violate these Terms or any applicable law.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We are not responsible for any loss of data or content resulting from termination.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of modified Terms constitutes your acceptance of the modifications.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Stash Labs operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in the applicable jurisdiction, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

14. Service Countries/Regions

No Service Provision to Certain Countries/Regions

Stash Labs do not provide services to the following countries or regions:

• Algeria (DZ)
• Egypt (EG)
• Morocco (MA)
• Nepal (NP)
• The Netherlands (NL)
• Cuba (CU)
• Mainland China (CN)
• The Democratic People's Republic of Korea (North Korea) (KP)
• Iran (IR)
• Syria (SY)
• Crimea and any non-government-controlled areas of Ukraine (UA)

Acknowledgment

By using the Stash Labs Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Service immediately.
